For a site vis a vis the private university in Bremen Grohn, we were commissioned by the Specht Group to develop a building for scientific enterprises.

Jacobs University is a private English-language campus university. With this in mind, we developed a design that harmonises modern architecture with the barracks-like buildings on the university campus.

The site offers space for two buildings, each with 2000 m² of office space. Loft-like offices dominate the light-flooded floors.

For the colour of the building, we decided on a rusty shade in response to the adjacent buildings on the campus with their clinker facades.

Unfortunately, we did not find the suitable companies that the current development plan had envisaged. For this reason, the buildings have not yet been erected.
