In Schwachhauser Heerstraße, Bremen’s venerable Medienhaus is reinvented by designs from Planungsbüro Italiano. The well-known media house with its pillars is saying goodbye, giving way to a spacious residential complex that impresses with a great deal of refinement.

Our office submitted the design of a modern urban villa, which is convincing all around in an attractive location. The result will be 31 residential units with an urban flair that will surprise with their brightness and spaciousness. Where something new is created, there are always new opportunities.
