Emma 229 was completed in June 2017 – a house designed by an architect for an architect. In this project, Thorsten Italiano freely implemented his personal ideas of architecture and urban development for his own needs. The result is a townhouse with an area of 335 m², which impresses with its sophisticated interior: from a heat pump to KNX to a home cinema, every living area is catered for. And on the outside, too, a well thought-out façade with clinker bricks, plaster and aluminium elements scores points, creating a homogeneous blend.
